The person behind Statera is Dan Perry, I am 39 with 4 kids.
I’ve spent the last 14 years working in Senior Management in a multitude of roles, from Financial Controller, Finance Director, and Commercial Director.
Typically focusing my skills working with owner managers to enhance the culture of the organization, add value and increase their wealth.
I enjoy helping people, whether it be in or outside of work. After all we are all people.
The business, Statera is born from a concept and overwhelming desire to combine my passion for business and helping people, where I can aid them find balance in their work and life.
There are two sides to Statera, the first is providing part-time finance directors services to owner managers, helping them and their senior management teams achieve their goals.
The second part is focusing on personal development. I am studying and working through an Executive coaching qualification. Utilizing this and my personal life experiences I wish to work with people and help them personally and in business.
